If your product arrives in a damaged condition, here's what you should do:
- Upon delivery, thoroughly inspect the packaging for any visible damage, including the box. Make note of any such damage when signing for the delivery.
- If you're unable to inspect the package during delivery but suspect potential damage, indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
- In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, kindly take photos and send them to us at support@solterrasupply.com. We assure you of a prompt response and will proceed with either a replacement or refund, usually within one business day.
