Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

• Typically, orders are processed within 1 to 2 days. Please note that orders need to be placed by 5 p.m., as those submitted after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Information:

• Anticipate your order's arrival within 4 to 7 days. Free shipping is available for orders totaling over $200. Orders below this amount will incur a flat shipping fee of $15. We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
• The majority of our orders are dispatched using third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). If your order includes items requiring freight shipping, we'll contact you to schedule a curbside delivery. Please ensure your contact information is accurate during checkout.

Order Confirmation and Payment:

• Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email, verifying its registration in our system and the authorization of your credit card for the purchase.
• Your card will be charged when the item is shipped. For backordered items, a charge might be held to reserve the product for you.
• Upon receiving your order, we initiate immediate processing!
