Refund and Returns Policy

At Solterra Supply, we aim to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free, thus we've streamlined our process for returns and refunds:

Return Period: You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to return items. Regrettably, returns cannot be accepted beyond this period.

Return Shipping Costs: If your purchase is defective or doesn't match the description, we'll cover the return shipping expenses. However, if you're returning an item due to a change of mind, the responsibility for shipping costs falls on you.

Defective or Damaged Items: In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 30 days. We'll facilitate the return process at no extra charge. Upon receiving and assessing the item, we'll either issue a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Returns Due to Change of Mind: If you decide to return a purchase due to a change of mind, you have 30 days to do so. Please note, you'll be accountable for the return shipping fees. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. After inspection, we'll refund the item cost, excluding shipping charges.

Refund Processing: Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, the processing time might vary for the refund to reflect in your bank or card statement. If the refund doesn't appear after 10 business days, contact us at support@solterrasupply.com.

Kindly note that specific return scenarios may involve a restocking fee.
